Payment
The client must pay a 50% deposit before we begin the design and development process, and we will collect the remaining 50% money at the completion of the project before passing it over to the client.
The 50% deposit will be non-refundable.
All SEO services fees will be made in advance as well.
All invoices will be tax-free, although this does not rule out the possibility of government taxes.
Payment for outsourced projects will be made when the job is completed 100 percent.
Prototype
We will not display any project prototypes until we have received payment in full. We supply two prototypes, but we only show one and include the client by default. We present additional prototypes if a special offer is stated in the proposal.
We create products that are focused on consumers and include them in the process.
Design and Development
During the design phase, the customer must finalize the website's appearance within the first week.
In development, we include client-provided features in our proposal. Extra features that the customer does not include in the proposal will be charged as an extra feature cost.
For existing feature improvements, we provide a 6-month website maintenance package. We will bill you for website maintenance after 6 months.
Domain and Hosting
We are a third-party web hosting company. Because we are resellers, Solutions Player will not be held liable in the event of a hosting outage.
After a 50% down payment, the domain name will be registered.
The client will be responsible for paying the remaining balance one month before the name and hosting expire. The hosting will be terminated if the website data and email are obstructed.
Search Engine Optimization
We charge monthly for SEO services, and all payments are made in advance.
If a customer requires an SEO campaign, PPC, CPC, AdSense, or other similar campaigns, the client will be responsible for all campaign costs. Service fees will be paid individually by Nova Design Agency.
It is the client's obligation if he or she has a website produced by another firm that has severe flaws.
Our SEO packages include blogs and article writing, however, material for website pages will be paid individually.
If a client's website has an SEO process before engaging Nova Design Agency SEO services and contains spam links, our SEO team is not liable for the outcomes.
Finalize the number of keywords in the proposal in accordance with the packages we provide. Further keywords will result in additional fees or contracts.
For good ranking outcomes, we provide 3 to 6-month services. The length of time that services are provided is determined by the website owner.
We will endure any changes in search engine algorithms as part of our SEO services. If any new algorithm modifications have an effect on the client's website after the conclusion of the services, Solutions Player will not be held liable.
